Masterminds, a creative shop with office digs in Philly and the Jersey shore, is looking for a Proofreader / Jr. Copywriter to join forces with our squad of advertising misfits. The ideal candidate will be just as eager to learn as they are to wow. Can take direction and feedback. Social media savvy. Fear no deadline. Most importantly: curious, ambitious and easy to work with.

General job responsibilities include:

(Accurately) proofread a wide variety of advertising material. Quickly. 

Develop scripts for radio and television spots.

Write persuasive headlines, craft smart taglines and name everything from fun promotions to new lavish new resorts.

Assist Senior Creative Teams in developing concepts for various projects including rebrands and new businesses pitches.

Collaborate with Designers and Art Directors on day-to-day jobs as well as larger conceptual projects. 

Share adorable pics of your pet(s) upon request.
