Christopher Grayson 

During his career in the New York advertising industry, Mr. Grayson serviced the accounts of some of the world’s most respected technology and premium/luxury brands. Producing award-winning work for Intel while at EURO/Havas, and award-winning work for Nikon Professional Digital SLR cameras in partnership with Emanuel Ungaro Haute Couture for McCannErickson’s MRM group. In the mid-oughts, while working in the Ogilvy creative department, his blog GigantiCo began to receive industry attention. This led to speaking engagements and eventually to involvement in tech-event organizing. First as co-organizer of AWE(Augmented World Expo) held at Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley; and later as founder and organizer of TEDxSiliconAlley in New York City. Through his TEDx licensed events he brought together the world of digital advertising with the New York tech-startup scene, championed New York based tech-startups, and  
featured gender-balanced speaker representation.  
 
Christopher is recognized for his foresight on industry trends in the area of augmented reality, virtual reality, computer vision, wearables and the internet-ofthings, for which he has been named, sourced, and quoted in both the tech press and mainstream media including VentureBeat, BetaBeat, The Next Web, ReadWrite Web, Mashable, USA Today, and Dow Jones / Wall Street Journal.

Alana Kalin, Senior Business Development Executive 

As one of the founding members of Blippar's US team, Alana Kalin has over five years experience in marketing and business development.

Since Blippar's US launch in 2012, she has played a vital role in helping grow the company's presence in the competitive US marketplace, establishing strong partnerships with a host of industry-leading companies including General Mills, PepsiCo, Unilever, Harley Davidson and P&G. Prior to Blippar, Alana worked at Kraft Foods and AFA Press, a media agency, on key initiatives throughout Central Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. 

Alana holds a degree in English from The University of Texas, and resides in New York City.
